All the contractors you sent around to our home, to repair damage and work on our home at Scarborough Qld 4020, all did a great job with excellence. They were courteous and respectful, and very professional. They all cleaned up afterwards, taking away any broken or damaged items, which in my estimation and experience, is the hallmark of good workmanship. They all did excellent work, that I would highly recommend to others.
I must also commend yourself and others at Ambrose who answered our phone calls, made the service arrangements, coped with changes in the work schedules, and also encouraged us in our time of crisis. You were marvellous in the way you handled the work schedules and the changes, thus seeing it all to a very satisfactory conclusion.

All the trades that came to our house were wonderful, professional, and helpful. We were so happy with their support through the aftermath of Alfred. Jessica who was assigned to organise the trades for the repair work is of special mention because she had to organise trades around us and our circumstances. It was really appreciated. I just wanted to leave some positive feedback about one of your building estimators, Alex who came to our property as part of an insurance claim. He carefully explained everything to me and what I needed to do from my side, including exact instructions on what needed to be fixed. He answered all of my questions. Thanks Alex. Also the two plumbers who came to our property from Ambrose for the initial inspection with drain cameras were also excellent, friendly and thorough. We have had a positive experience with Ambrose. Outstanding service – After the flooding of our ensuite that went through to downstairs the insurance company used Ambrose and I could not fault the service I received from Ben and his team every tradesperson that entered our home was amazing, they came when they said they would and the quality of work was outstanding.
We are extremely happy with the repairs completed on our home. All trades were professional and completed their work to a high standard.
